Dylan Doty is a Program Manager at The Nucleus Institute, Utah’s hub for deep-tech innovation and federal funding strategy. He supports startups and researchers in securing non-dilutive funding, with a focus on the SBIR and STTR programs, and manages initiatives such as the SBA-funded FAST program to expand participation statewide. A U.S. Army veteran, Dylan earned his degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy and a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Utah. He is passionate about strengthening Utah’s innovation ecosystem and supporting small businesses across the state.
