Dr. Leslie Durham serves as Interim President of Weber State University, bringing decades of experience in public higher education leadership, student success, and community partnership. A new member of the Weber State community, she has previously held key academic and administrative roles focused on accelerating student success, strengthening workforce alignment, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Dr. Durham is committed to fostering shared governance and cultivating a collaborative culture that elevates faculty and staff innovation and student opportunity. As interim president, she is focused on institutional stability, strategic progress, sustaining strong partnerships with industry and government to advance opportunity across Northern Utah, and positioning Weber State for its next chapter of impact and growth.
