Mr. Stephen (Steve) Gray, a Senior Executive Service member, serves as Director of the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing at the Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. He leads enterprise-level planning and execution for the Air Force supply chain and oversees more than 3,000 civilian and military personnel across Tinker, Hill, and Robins Air Force Bases. He manages an annual budget exceeding $7.2 billion to support sustainment operations for U.S. military services, federal agencies, and international partners. Mr. Gray began his Air Force career in 1983, later commissioning through Officer Training School and serving as a Logistician and Operations Research Analyst. Following active duty, he held roles in industry and civil service, including Director of the 418th Supply Chain Management Squadron and commander of the 948th Supply Chain Management Group.
