Mr. Randolph L. Harris is a member of the Strategic Alternate Sourcing Program Office (SASPO), 429 Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS), 448 Supply Chain Management Wing, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. He is responsible for duties assigned to the 429 SCMS SASPO, which supports the 448 SCMW Enterprise wide requirements located at Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, and Robins AFB. He expertly manages all programs associated with the 429 SCMS SASPO to include Source Approval Requests, Reverse Engineering and Repair Development, and Other Transaction Authority. He provides valuable leadership and oversight through additional duties such as co-lead for Tinker and the Primes, coordination of Industry Days, conference attendance, as well as other various daily and special projects assigned.
