Mr. Levy serves as the Director of the 638th Supply Chain Management Group, where he oversees strategic planning, sourcing, and delivery of combat avionics, electronic warfare systems, structural components, and armament commodities for multiple weapon systems, including the F 15, C 5, C 130, B 52, RQ 4, E 3, and several Special Operations Forces platforms. He also leads inventory management for new procurement of support equipment, vehicle end items, and automatic test equipment. In this role, he provides financial oversight for approximately $2B in depot level sustainment, sales, and material procurement. With more than 27 years of logistics experience in the United States Air Force, Mr. Levy began his civilian service at Robins AFB in 1997 and has since developed extensive expertise across life cycle logistics, supply chain management, acquisition, aircraft modifications, and public private partnerships.
