John E. Perry
Director 419th Supply Chain Management Squadron Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Mr. John Perry leads a 52 person organization and oversees a $260 million annual program providing expert wholesale supply, requirements forecasting, production management, and engineering support for Secondary Power Systems on C 5, C 130, KC 135, E 3, HH 60, B 1, B 2, A 10, F 16, F 15, F 5, and T 38 aircraft, supporting the Air Force, joint services, and 23 international partners. He began his federal career in 2005 as an Inventory Management Specialist through the Palace Acquire Intern Program. His early roles centered on landing gear item management, followed by specialization in commercial acquisition and service contracts. He later led integrated product teams for F 16 systems and held supervisory positions within the 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron and A 10 Program Office. Most recently, he served as the F 16 Sustainment Flight Chief at Hill Air Force Base.
