Dr. Beth Rhoades provides strategic leadership for Weber State University’s credit and non-credit programs delivered online and on-site. As leader of the Division of Online & Continuing Education, she advances initiatives focused on upskilling and reskilling learners for next-level careers while expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective education. She co-founded the Rosie Project, supporting military spouses in pursuing education aligned with Department of Defense careers. Dr. Rhoades has led online campus expansion, implemented digital badges and alternative credentials, and executed strategic growth initiatives in workforce-focused programs, including OSHA and NIOSH training. She has coordinated $8.1 million in appropriations and secured multiple grants supporting underserved learners. A working professional who earned her doctorate while balancing family life, she champions flexible, innovation-driven education for today’s workforce.
