Lieutenant Colonel, USAF Commander 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Lt. Col Rupert commands the 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron at Hill AFB, overseeing approximately 220 personnel across four flights, including engineering support and supply chain operations. The squadron manages the procurement, repair, distribution, and disposal of aircraft structures, avionics, and electronic components for the A 10, T 38, T 7, F 16, and F 35 weapon systems, supporting more than 7,500 items valued at $5.9 billion. Born at RAF Lakenheath and raised in Spokane, Washington, Rupert was commissioned through ROTC in 2009 as a Logistics Readiness Officer. He has served in operational, joint, and Combatant Command roles in the U.S. and overseas, including a deployment in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and two overseas short tours.
