David J. "DJ" Stark
Chief Supply Chain Management Contracting Division Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Mr. David J. Stark oversees the Supply Chain Contracting Division for the Air Force Sustainment Center Operating Location at Hill Air Force Base. In this role, he serves as the Chief of the Contracting Office and a senior business advisor for all 748th Supply Chain Management Group acquisitions. He provides strategic contracting support to the 748th SCMG Commander, Deputy Director, and Squadron leadership across missions spanning ICBM, Aircraft, Space and C3I, Landing Gear, and Power Systems. He also drives enterprise level analysis and process improvement efforts to strengthen mission effectiveness throughout the AFSC. A native of Austin, Texas, Mr. Stark began his Air Force career in 2001 through the Student Career Experience Program. He has held numerous key contracting roles at Hill AFB, most recently serving as Technical Director for the Contracting Directorate.
