Ms. Lisa C. Stoker serves in multiple leadership roles supporting small business initiatives across Tinker, Hill, and Robins Air Force Bases. She is responsible for maximizing small business participation by providing acquisition education and facilitating both government in reach and industry outreach. She also acts as a liaison to the Small Business Administration. Ms. Stoker began her career as a Contract Negotiator in 1994 and has spent 30 years in contracting, holding positions at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and the Air Force Sustainment Center. Her leadership experience includes serving as Branch Chief for Force Development, Flight Chief at Ramstein AB, and a career broadener with SAF/AQC at the Pentagon.
