Mr. Mark L. Strawn brings more than three decades of aerospace and defense contracting experience across the Department of the Air Force and the Defense Logistics Agency. His career includes extensive leadership in depot level reparable procurement, supply chain operations, and strategic industry partnerships supporting major Air Force weapon systems. He oversees approximately $450 million annually in acquisitions for critical aircraft components—including landing gear, wheels and brakes, power systems, and space & C3I systems—spanning platforms such as the F 16, A 10, T 38, and F 5. His background includes roles as contracting officer, lead negotiator, division chief, and program leader for global military sustainment efforts, as well as significant work with foreign military partners. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Weber State University and is DAWIA Level III certified in contracting.
