Taylor Woodbury is a fourth-generation leader of the Woodbury Corporation, one of the oldest and most respected full-service real estate companies in the Intermountain West. As CEO, he oversees a multi-billion dollar portfolio, specializing in large-scale, long-term mixed-use developments and public-private partnerships. Serving as a principal for Sunset Ridge Development Partners, he leads the Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park, one of the largest Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) initiatives in the Department of Defense. Taylor holds a J.D., MBA, and LL.M. in Taxation, bringing a sophisticated, data-driven approach to complex infrastructure projects that bridge the gap between military and private sectors.
