Jeremy A. Stephens is the Deputy Director of the 748th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Mr. Stephens is responsible for the effective operations of a supply chain management organization comprised of ~800 personnel and a $3.8B annual budget. The 748 SCMG provides supply chain lifecycle sustainment for aircraft structural and avionics systems, landing gear, secondary power systems, intercontinental ballistic missile, and space, command, control, communications & intelligence. He was hired into Federal Government service in 2003 as a Logistics Management Specialist under the Palace Acquire Intern Program. Mr. Stephens began his career at Hill AFB, UT working in multiple-program offices before career-broadening to the Pentagon. After working at the Pentagon establishing governance, developing strategies, and managing Headquarters’ transformation enterprise initiatives for over 6 years, Mr. Stephens returned to Hill AFB leading efforts in supply chain, data science and analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence. He then became the A-10 Product Support Manager overseeing platform sustainment and readiness.
