Previously, Jordan directed global workforce learning and development operations in the private sector, scaling training across multiple countries and establishing apprenticeship and internship programs that strengthened long-term talent pipelines. A decorated former U.S. Army Flight Engineer, he brings extensive experience leading teams in complex, high-stakes environments while maintaining a disciplined focus on safety, performance, and mission outcomes. Jordan has diverse education and training from academic institutions and the military and holds a bachelor’s degree.
